Before you enter the unknown, Please review our investigation rules and sign the required waiver—your safety, respect, and responsibility are just as important as the spirits we seek. This isn’t just ghost hunting—it’s a guided experience, and every rule helps protect the mystery.
Safety First
Public Paranormal Ghost Investigation Rules
Age Restrictions:
Participants must be 18+ to join independently.
14-17 participants are allowed with a parent or guardian present, who must sign a waiver for the minor.
Waiver Requirement:
All participants must sign a waiver before the investigation begins.
If the participant is under 18, a parent or guardian must also sign the waiver.
No Intoxication:
No alcohol, drugs, smoking, or vaping is permitted during the investigation.
Any level of impairment—whether from alcohol, drugs, or other substances—is strictly prohibited. Intoxicated individuals will be asked to leave immediately.
No Summoning Tools:
No Ouija boards, conjuring candles, or any other summoning tools are allowed during the investigation.
This is an investigation into paranormal activity, not an attempt to summon spirits.
Activity Disclaimer:
While we encourage open-mindedness and curiosity, paranormal activity is never guaranteed.
However, the stories, experiences, and insights shared during the event are always impactful and memorable.
Respect for the Location:
Treat the location with respect—avoid damaging property, disturbing objects, or disrupting the environment in any way.
Remain quiet and respectful to any spirits or entities you may encounter.
Group Guidelines:
Stay with your group or guide at all times. Do not wander off on your own.
No loud talking, unnecessary noise, or disruptive behavior that could interfere with the investigation or other participants’ experiences.
Electronic Devices:
Cameras, phones, and recording devices are allowed, but please refrain from using flash photography unless directed.
Please silence all phones to avoid distractions.
Safety First:
Always follow your guide’s instructions for safety and investigation protocol.
Stay alert to your surroundings. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, notify your guide immediately.
Respect for Fellow Guests:
Treat all fellow participants with respect and courtesy.
Disrespectful behavior, including loud talking, arguing, or disturbing others’ experiences, will not be tolerated.
Unacceptable Behavior and Ejection Policy:
We reserve the right to eject any participant exhibiting unacceptable behavior, including but not limited to: disruptive actions, harassment, or failure to follow the rules.
No refunds will be issued for participants who are asked to leave due to misconduct.
