Waiver

Before you enter the unknown, Please review our investigation rules and sign the required waiver—your safety, respect, and responsibility are just as important as the spirits we seek. This isn’t just ghost hunting—it’s a guided experience, and every rule helps protect the mystery.

Safety First

Public Paranormal Ghost Investigation Rules

 

  1. Age Restrictions:

    • Participants must be 18+ to join independently.

    • 14-17 participants are allowed with a parent or guardian present, who must sign a waiver for the minor.

  2. Waiver Requirement:

    • All participants must sign a waiver before the investigation begins.

    • If the participant is under 18, a parent or guardian must also sign the waiver.

  3. No Intoxication:

    • No alcohol, drugs, smoking, or vaping is permitted during the investigation.

    • Any level of impairment—whether from alcohol, drugs, or other substances—is strictly prohibited. Intoxicated individuals will be asked to leave immediately.

  4. No Summoning Tools:

    • No Ouija boards, conjuring candles, or any other summoning tools are allowed during the investigation.

    • This is an investigation into paranormal activity, not an attempt to summon spirits.

  5. Activity Disclaimer:

    • While we encourage open-mindedness and curiosity, paranormal activity is never guaranteed.

    • However, the stories, experiences, and insights shared during the event are always impactful and memorable.

  6. Respect for the Location:

    • Treat the location with respect—avoid damaging property, disturbing objects, or disrupting the environment in any way.

    • Remain quiet and respectful to any spirits or entities you may encounter.

  7. Group Guidelines:

    • Stay with your group or guide at all times. Do not wander off on your own.

    • No loud talking, unnecessary noise, or disruptive behavior that could interfere with the investigation or other participants’ experiences.

  8. Electronic Devices:

    • Cameras, phones, and recording devices are allowed, but please refrain from using flash photography unless directed.

    • Please silence all phones to avoid distractions.

  9. Safety First:

    • Always follow your guide’s instructions for safety and investigation protocol.

    • Stay alert to your surroundings. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, notify your guide immediately.

  10. Respect for Fellow Guests:

    • Treat all fellow participants with respect and courtesy.

    • Disrespectful behavior, including loud talking, arguing, or disturbing others’ experiences, will not be tolerated.

Unacceptable Behavior and Ejection Policy:

  • We reserve the right to eject any participant exhibiting unacceptable behavior, including but not limited to: disruptive actions, harassment, or failure to follow the rules.

  • No refunds will be issued for participants who are asked to leave due to misconduct.

Liability Waiver

Waiver

Your date of birth is collected to ensure that each waiver is accurately linked to the correct individual. (For example, this helps distinguish between two participants with the same name, such as John Smith born on 01/01/1900 versus John Smith born on 11/11/1911.)

For safety and liability purposes, participants must be at least 14 years of age to attend. No exceptions will be made.

Participants between the ages of 14 and 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. No exceptions will be made.

Liability Waiver & Hold Harmless Agreement

By participating in this event, attendees acknowledge that paranormal investigations may involve entering dark, unfamiliar, or potentially hazardous environments. Participants assume full responsibility for their own safety and well-being at all times.

In consideration of being permitted to attend, each participant agrees to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Advanced Paranormal Services, its members, volunteers, affiliates, and the hosting venue, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained while participating in or traveling to and from this event.

By attending, participants affirm that they are voluntarily engaging in this activity, assume all risks, and agree they shall not bring any legal action against Advanced Paranormal Services or the hosting venue for any reason related to their participation.

Event Rules & Conduct
All participants are expected to read and follow the rules provided above. Any violation of these rules, including but not limited to disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior, will result in immediate expulsion from the event without refund.

By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have carefully read and fully understand all of the provisions of the Liability Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement. I voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms. I further understand that by typing my name in the signature field below, it constitutes my legal digital signature, carrying the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.

By submitting this form, I affirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participant, listed above, who is under the age of 18. I acknowledge that I have carefully read and fully understand all provisions of the Liability Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement. I hereby grant permission for my child to participate in this event and voluntarily agree, on their behalf and my own, to be bound by its terms. I further understand that by typing my name in the signature field below, it constitutes my legal digital signature, carrying the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.
